Lazy eye, I was high when they hit me.....

I find it odd to celebrate a death. I mean sure  your remembering someone but at the end of the day comes the reminder that the person your remembering isnt there anymore and it puts you in a strange place. So while I dont like to think about death, I feel it is nescessary to remember  Biggie Smalls.  Songs always have a way of adding to a memory, even very stupid songs that you cant believe you used to listen to (Afroman anyone)But if that song came on you would remember the first time you heard it and what you were doing. "One more chance" In the sixth grade.
"Get Money" in the seventh. When I heard Biggie died, I was still in middle school. It made me go back and listen to his older stuff. Introducing my little brother to  "Party and bullshit" and it became our anthem. Blasting Life After Death out of my little Ford. Having discussions about who could have killed him. It seems that every year that passes and every song that plays on the radio, on this day you cant help but wonder "what the hell happen to The Notorious B.I.G. RIP Big
